Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. If returns are accepted, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We promise that our products are top quality and designed to ensure your littlebeam experience is optimal. If you find you have a defective product upon receipt, we will replace or repair your product at our discretion. Please send us an image of the defective product to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your product is found defective, we will replace it with the same or like item at no additional cost to you. Please first check with the retailer where you purchased the product on their return and exchange policy as this may be the easiest way to exchange your product. In some cases, we may need the product shipped back to us for review by our Compliance Department; please do not discard the product before hearing back from us.
Littlebeam™ does not accpt returns or replace items resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions, maintenance and use, abuse, alteration, normal wear and tear or buyer's remorse.
